Leadership
“The most dangerous person in the world is a person that’s not covered.”
-Rev. Kermitt L. Williams
In Agape, we teach by precept and example. We take the Word and make it applicable to one’s life so that we can indeed see it as a living reality. Our leaders are trained in the ways of God and in the vision of Agape Fellowship for All People. We take the vision, mission, message and method of the church and make it our own. We understand that in order to lead others we first must be led.
We must be covered, guided and directed by someone, in order to become successful and wholesome leaders. As a leader, you need to make the Kingdom a priority (Matthew 6:33) and adhere to the principles for growth and development. We train our leaders to see themselves from God’s point of view; to see what could be true when selfishness is not presented. We teach that we serve God by serving people. As ambassadors of God, we make the development of His people a priority. We have two directives from God that we live by according to Matthew 28:18-20:
- To Seek the Lost
- To Strengthen the Saved
